Fine Chocolate - Leura Bleu 65% dark ganache

A dark chocolate ganache filing made using our new Leura Bleu chocolate, encased in a dark chocolate (Leura Bleu) shell.

Our 65% dark chocolate, Leura Bleu, was born from a collaboration with the extraordinary Cacao Barry technicians we worked with in Paris.   


Crafted from a blend of beans from the Amazonian plantations  Alto el Sol in Peru, known for their intense chocolate and sour red fruit notes, combined with beans from Madagascar which whilst also fruity, temper the Peruvian beans to create the most silky smooth, high cocoa butter content, delicious easy eating dark chocolate which is not overly bitter.  

Also available as Cerise Noire, with a layer of cherry jam!
