A Josophan’s celebration cake means a cake guests will remember!  We’re passionate about the use of the finest fresh ingredients at Josophan’s and our wedding cakes are no exception. We understand the importance of your celebration cake looking magnificent, but just as importantly, your cake should taste fabulous.The proof however, is in the tasting, and we welcome you arranging a complimentary tasting, and contact us to discuss your individual needs. Our exclusive cake service enables us to provide personal boutique service, ensuring that working together with Jodie, the founder of Josophan's, your cake will meet your vision in every way. An indulgent Josophan’s cake can also be plated as your dessert, saving hundreds of dollars from your catering budget.  Our most popular cake, our Mexican chocolate cake, is made from age old recipe using Belgian couverture chocolate, without the addition of cocoa powder.  This cake is made with melted couverture Fair trade certified chocolate - no milk or cocoa powder like many 'mud' cakes.  The recipe was handed to Jodie by a colleague of Mexican descent, hence the name ... and no, it doesn't contain chilli!

For a gluten free option, our flourless chocolate torte with roasted hazelnuts and almonds is perfect. At Josophan’s we specialise in chocolate, and favour fresh flowers and/or chocolate art for cake decoration, but we’re always happy to discuss your individual vision and requirements.
