Perfect for catering, Josophan's individual fine chocolates are made using fresh natural flavour infusions without the use of preservatives. Those with high cream content have a shelf life of 7 days from purchase. Alternatively, a selection with less cream content in the ganache fillings have a shelf life of 3 weeks.
