TRUFFLE MAKING WORKSHOP

Learn the art of making luxurious chocolate truffles, in a 2-3 hour hands-on workshop. L earn how to make a variety of truffles, and flavours with Josophan's signature fresh infusions. 

$99 per person - including a large box of 24 x truffles to take home!  

2-3 hour workshop.

Private bookings available, minimum 8 participants.

DESSERT MAKING (verrines) WORKSHOP

Learn how to make a variety of mousses, cremes and inclusions in this very French, layered dessert that is served in glasses. With three different verrines and lots of flavour combinations, with multiple textures, you'll go away with loads of new recipes and understandings of contrasting flavour and texture combinations.

All dessert making and truffle making workshops $99 per person -  travel and set-up costs additional in your workplace.

This workshop will focus on creating a plated dessert. 

With five separate components in the dessert, you'll learn a variety of techniques and theories  including balancing complimentary and contrasting flavours and textures.

CHRISTMAS CHOCOLATES & TRUFFLE MAKING WORKSHOP

Learn the art of making luxurious chocolate truffles, and some other chocolate christmas treats, in a 2-3 hour hand-on workshop.

'CHOCOLATE COVERED' CHOCOLATE APPRECIATION WORKSHOPS
