JUNE 17 SATURDAY - WORKSHOP - COOKIES WITH CHOCOLATE!

Learn the techniques to make three separate types of cookies in this workshop - all with the knowledge and understanding how to mix up the cookies to create new flavour combinations.

JULY 22 SATURDAY 10AM - WORKSHOP - DESSERT MAKING

Chocolate Petit Gateaux with Caramelised Cider Poached Pear Centre. This luxurious plated dessert was included in the 'Flavours of NSW' book, and also featured on Jodie's Blog - Luxe Chocolate Recipes. With five separate components in the plated dessert, you'll learn techniques including chocolate glazing for dessert and a caramel cider poaching liquid for fruit.

AUGUST 2017

AUGUST 19 SATURDAY 10AM - TRUFFLE MAKING WORKSHOP

Learn the art of making luxurious chocolate truffles, in a 2-3 hour hand-on workshop. Working alongside Josophan's founder, Jodie Van Der Velden, learn how to make a variety of truffles, and flavours with Josophan's signature fresh infusions. 

$99 per person - including a large box of truffles to take home!   2-3 hour workshop.

Private bookings available, minimum 8 participants.

SEPTEMBER 16 SATURDAY 10AM CHOCOLATE VERRINES

Learn how to make a variety of mousses, cremes and inclusions in this very French, layered dessert that is served in glasses. With three different verrines and lots of flavour combinations, with multiple textures, you'll go away with loads of new recipes and understandings of contrasting flavour and texture combinations.

Josophan’s Chocolate Covered workshops are designed to demystify the world of chocolate for participants and there has never been a better time to learn more about the ‘super food’ chocolate.

Chocolate Covered will take participants on a discovery tour, enhancing their understanding and challenging tastebuds. Jodie Van Der Velden, founder of the award winning Josophan’s, will lead participants through the Chocolate covered experience, taking a journey from bean to bar, as they learn about:
