Cerise Noire sour cherry with Leura Bleu chocolate block

Our 65% dark chocolate block, Leura Bleu, was born from a collaboration with the extraordinary Cacao Barry technicians we worked with in Paris.   

Crafted from a blend of beans from the Amazonian plantations  Alto el Sol in Peru, known for their intense chocolate and sour red fruit notes, combined with beans from Madagascar which whilst also fruity, temper the Peruvian beans to create the most silky smooth, high cocoa butter content, delicious easy eating dark chocolate which is not overly bitter.  

We've added freeze dried sour cherry to create our  Cerise Noire block, which is a stunning compliment to the Leura Bleu chocolate!
