With a dark or milk Fair trade Belgian chocolate shell, handpainted with edible gold decoration, this is our interpretation of the Dubai chocolate block that was a viral hit on social media.
Well overdue for us, this pistachio chocolate is a labour of love. We grind roasted pistachio nuts in-house into a dreamy, creamy praline - no artificial colours of flavours added, and fold through a touch of tahini (ground sesame seeds) and toasted Kataifi pastry strands that give an incredible crunch. We keep the filling moist and creamy, as a nod to the original concept. Yum!
Note: Contains gluten in the pastry, and obviously nuts in the pistachio praline!
