This dark chocolate truffle is handcrafted using Weiss Li Chu dark chocolate in both the ganache filling and outer shell,and is dusted with cocoa powder. This extraordinary chocolate of 64% cacao solids made from cacao beans grown in Vietnam.
This truffle has a strong chocolate flavour, accompanied by vanilla notes, dried fruit aromas and a hint of liquorice. Next, fresh and acidulous notes appear. It ends with a long finish on the palate.
