Fine Chocolate - Single Origin Sao Thomé

This dark chocolate is handcrafted using the extraordinary 70% cacao solids made from cacao beans grown in Sao Thomé, a small island off the west coast of Africa.

70% dark chocolate has a slightly spicy aroma with roast touches and impressions of cappuccino. The taste is at first pleasantly mild-bitter, full and fruity with impressions of candied black fruit. Floral and coffee bean impressions follow, finished by fine touches of oak.
