This dark chocolate truffle is handcrafted using Michel Cluizel Mangaro dark chocolate in both the ganache filling and outer shell, and is dusted with cocoa powder. This extraordinary chocolate of 65% cacao solids is made from cacao beans grown on an old mango plantation in Madagascar.

The Mangaro dark chocolate provides a well-balanced range of citrus fruits with an underlying edge of ginger to aid depth and character.
