This dark chocolate truffle is handcrafted using Ceiba dark chocolate manufactured in France both in the ganache filling and outer shell, and is dusted with cocoa powder. This extraordinary chocolate of 64% cacao solids made from cacao beans grown in Carribean.

This chocolate takes on a rounded flavour with oaky notes, yellow fruits and a satisfyingly bittersweet finish.
